When you log in using Google authentication, we only access the data necessary to provide the requested service at the moment of request. No additional data is collected, stored, or shared. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Information Accessed from Google Services to enable core functionalities, we request temporary access to: Google User Info (Basic Profile Information): To verify your identity and personalize your experience. Google OAuth Authentication: To securely confirm your identity via Google authentication. Gmail Read Access (Limited to Relevant Emails at Request Time): To display relevant email history within Airtable only at the moment of request. We do not store, modify, analyze, or share your email content. Gmail Send Access: To enable users to compose and send emails directly from Airtable. We do not store or analyze sent emails.

How We Use Your Information We process the temporarily accessed data solely to:Provide and enhance our Services.Authenticate users and maintain security.Enable real-time display of email history within Airtable.Allow email composition and sending from Airtable.

Data Sharing and Security Third-Party Integrations: We do not share Google user data with any third parties. Payment processing via Stripe does not involve access to Gmail data. Security Measures: We implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and industry-standard security practices to ensure data protection.Access Controls: Email retrieval applies strict filters to ensure only relevant emails are displayed within Airtable at the time of request.
6. Data Retention Since we do not store user data, there is no long-term data retention. Any temporarily accessed information is used only in real time and is not stored after the session ends.
7. User Rights and Control You may discontinue using our Services at any time to prevent any further data access. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Since we do not collect or store data, there is no user data to delete.
